1. Scope of services

Swiss Web Audit is an automated FADP compliance scanner, operated by Anas Syed. The free scan provides a traffic-light overview. The Pro Audit (CHF 49.–) includes a PDF report with recommendations.

2. Payment and delivery

One-time payment of CHF 49.– No subscription. PDF delivered immediately by e-mail after payment confirmation.

3. Right of withdrawal

Digital product delivered immediately — no right of withdrawal after delivery (CO Art. 40e para. 3).

4. Liability

Swiss Web Audit is an automated analysis tool. Results do not constitute legal advice. Maximum liability: CHF 49.– (purchase price).

5. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Ittigen, Switzerland.
